Formation ― the act of giving form or shape to something or of taking form: development or structure

Pulpification ― the process of reducing something to it's core fibers and transforming them into soft, amalgamated pulp. Each sculpture begins with discarded junk mail—fragments of daily life, shredded and reduced to their raw fibers. Through the pulping process, these fibers are broken down to their simplest form, then repurposed.

Next, the fibers are removed from the water and strained then bound together with a bit of plaster powder and shaped for a new purpose.

Manipulation ― the skillful handling, controlling or using of something or someone.
